Two Black UAlbany students who claimed to have been attacked on a bus by a “White mob” have been found guilty of lying and assaulting others. Shortly after Trump’s election, they attacked people on a bus and made a false police report saying that they were the ones attacked and said that the group of White people used racist language against them.
But footage and sound from the 12 cameras on the bus show that they were making it all up and in fact that they were the aggressors. After they made their claims, there were rallies to end Racial violence in their name, BLM came out in support for them, and even Hillary Clinton reposted news and made comment on the case.
Has there been a single case that hasn’t yet turned out to be a hoax designed to undermine Donald Trump? So far, all of these alleged Hate crimes have turned out to be hoaxes. Why is no one being sent to prison for this?
As reported in the Daily Caller:
A judge has sentenced two now-expelled black University of Albany students who falsely alleged that they were victims of race-based hate crimes on a public bus to probation, community service and fines.
The hoax-perpetrating students, Ariel Agudio and Asha Burwell, won’t spend a day in jail.
McDonough sentenced Agudio and Burwell — each — to 200 hours of community service and three years of probation. Each former SUNY Albany student must also pay a $1,000 fine.
