Keith Ellison was almost the first Muslim politician to become the Chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Democrats decided to stick with their usual pattern, however, and elected nutjob Tom Perez.
Ellison won’t be forgotten.
He recently compared the President to a “social media bully” and called on Twitter to ban him.
Because President Trump referred to MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough as “Psycho Joe” and co-host Mika Brzezinski as “low IQ Crazy“. The President also tweeted that Brzezinski showed up at his estate in Mar-a-Lago, Florida with a bloody face from a face-lift.
“My thought is that we have long, long known that Donald Trump abuses people on social media, much like any common social media bully,” Ellison told TMZ on Thursday. “The problem is he’s been doing it and he’s never had to pay a price for it.”
Unlike Scarborough and Brzezinski who have been attacking the President, his family, and staff since before the election. Apparently they can say whatever they want!
Mouth pieces like Scarborough and Brzeznski like to dish it out, but they certainly can’t take it.
“I personally think that Twitter, the company, should treat him just like any other social media harasser and snatch his account. I mean, it’s a private company; he doesn’t have a right to have a Twitter account,” Ellison said.
According to Ellison, the President doesn’t have a right to a Twitter account because he might offend someone.
Maybe Ellison didn’t study the Constitution and its Amendments.
Biz Pac Review reports:
Rep. Keith Ellison is making the case for suspending free speech.
That is, if President Trump is doing the talking.
The Minnesota Democrat compared Trump to a “social media bully” and called on Twitter to ban him from its site following the president’s tweet attacking MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” and its co-host, Mika Brzezinski.
