Many who follow the regular MSM news shows might be forgiven for thinking that the “tough questions” come from reporters and anchors who are “just trying to get to the truth”. But they’d be wrong. It turns out that CNN’s hard hitting questions are nothing to do with their “fearless reporters” and instead come directly from CNN chief Jeff Zucker direct via earpiece.
As reported in the Daily Caller:
After President Donald Trump’s Feb. 16 East Room press conference, Zucker “picks up his phone and barks into the receiver: ‘What about the 57 percent of people who didn’t vote for him? Doesn’t he have to be their president, too?’”
“He hangs up,” according to Guthrie, and “seconds later, Tapper poses a version of the question to Lord.”
Zucker called to demand another question later in that same segment: “Zucker picks up the phone again: ‘Then why does he have to ask April Ryan to get a meeting?’”
Many inside and outside the main stream media are beginning to question whether CNN (and other news channels) can really be regarded as legitimate anymore as they “push the agenda of one disgruntled man”.
No longer should CNN be considered a bastion of free press, they are just the outlet of a single ideologist with connections to the Clinton dynasty.
