A gigantic car wreck in Texas took the lives of 13 people. The group was made up of mostly seniors, and all part of the First Baptist church in New Braunfels church.
The bus driver says they were doing their usual route with the seniors, when suddenly a heavy-duty-pickup truck collided with the bus.
Authorities concluded that it was the driver of the truck who was at fault. He spun out of control and hit the bus.
By the time ambulances arrived, it was too late for most of the passengers. Three of the victims died later on in the hospital, bringing the total number of dead to 13.

Senior Pastor Brad McLean assembled his congregation at the church for prayer and support later that night. He also addressed the media.
“As a church, we’re waiting for some official news from authorities before we can speak to anything,” McLean said, adding that the church needs prayer more than anything at this time, and that members of the church gathered to do “what church families do.”
“They’re coming together, they’re crying together, praying together and of course there’s anxiousness as to who was on the bus and what their condition is,” McLean said. “There’s just a lot of unknowns.”
“You never know what the day is going to bring,” McLean added. “The Lord tells us that we have today, tomorrow is not promised.”
