During this week’s congressional hearings on the tooth fairy, er, that is POTUS Donald Trump‘s supposed collusion with Moscow late in 2016 Presidential campaign, Senator John Kennedy (no relation to JFK) took Sally Yates to task on her refusal to enforce the President’s temporary pause on Muslim immigrants.
“Who appointed you to the Supreme Court?” he asked Yates.
Yates ducked and fumbled about “religion” and being skeptical of the reasoning given by the President and his associates.
“Isn’t the court where acts are supposed to be found unconstitutional?” he asked.
