Everyone’s been waiting for President Donald Trump to respond to the Snoop Dogg’s video of a “Trump Clown” being held at gunpoint by the rapper. And, in stereotypical Trump fashion, he finally did… ON TWITTER.
In the new video produced by the LBC rapper, a clown pops on the scene who looks a lot like the President. Snoop puts a gun to the clown’s head, who’s name is Ronald Klump, aims and fires.
Wednesday, Trump finally made a comment about the mock assassination video for Snoop Dogg’s new single “Lavender.” He used his favorite social media outlet, Twitter, to get the job done, tweeting:
“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!”
If one judges by fellow rapper Ice-T’s response the outrage would have been off the charts.
Ice-T told TMZ that if the same video was made about former President Obama it would have been “terrible” but it was okay to do it to President Trump.
And his reasons were as ridiculous as one might imagine.
The same cannot be said of Florida Sen. Marco Rubio who found the video to be dangerous.
