London Mayor, Sadiq Khan, was left flustered and unable to provide an adequate answer when Piers Morgan grilled him about returning Jihadi fighters.
In the confrontational interview, Morgan pressed Khan on the issue of Brits going to Syria to fight for ISIS and then being allowed to return. It got very heavy when the London Mayor was unable to tell Morgan where these returned fighters actually are.
By not locking these animals up when they return, we leave hem free to plot and carry out attacks; if the London Mayor doesn’t know who or where they are, then it looks like they will be free to do what they want.
As reported in the Daily Caller:
Morgan expressed dismay that people leaving to fight in foreign jihad would be allowed back into the country.
“Why are these people just allowed to come back in, in the first place and then the London mayor doesn’t appear to have a clue where any of them are,” he said. “I mean, no disrespect to you, but where are they?”
Khan was caught off guard but responded saying, “That’s one of the questions that obviously the police …”
Morgan interrupted one last time to remind Khan that the buck stopped with him.
