Bill Cosby is trying to play the race card in his latest defense against the sexual assault charges pending against him.
He’s doing so even though both black and white women have accused the creepy and aging actor of assaulting them.
Cosby sat down with Sirius XM host Michael Smerconish during an interview set to air this week according to a report in The Daily Mail.
Evin Cosby, his youngest daughter, recently gave an interview where she suggested that racism may have played a part in her father’s troubles. On the show, Cosby responded to a question if he thought this might be the case:
Could be, could be,’ Cosby told Smerconish. ‘I can’t say anything, but there are certain things that I look at, and I apply to the situation, and there are so many tentacles.
So many different — nefarious is a great word. And I just truly believe that some of it may very well be that.
— Bill Cosby
Well, maybe so. But, Cosby’s lame explanations fall short in the face of the 58 women, both black and white, that have come forward and described their sexual assault at the hands of Bill Cosby.
