Struggling with some real issues to attack President Donald Trump on, Politico have decided to accuse him of being lazy because he favors his golf cart. I don’t know about you, but we would be hard pressed to not find a liberal politician far from a golf cart if a) they were playing golf or b) on tour. Politico have taken it upon themselves to out his every ride in a golf cart like it is some sort of crime.
Slow news day, perhaps?
They have also chosen to discuss Trump’s fondness for steak and his preference for Kentucky Fried Chicken, even claiming that he is five pounds shy of obese under the body mass index.
Read it for yourself, “When Trump goes out, it’s more often to eat—usually at one of his hotels where the chefs know he likes his steak well done with ketchup. And on the campaign trail, he made a point of mentioning his taste for fast foods like Kentucky Fried Chicken (It’s not that bad,” he said). This may make the president more relatable to the average American, who scarfs down some $1,200 worth of fast food each year, but it’s an unusual habit for someone holding down one of the world’s most demanding jobs.”
Let’s hope Donald Trump sends out a tweet tomorrow so they can really sink their teeth into something news-worthy!
Allen B. West reports:
A much publicized report out of Harvard University last month (not exactly a partisan conservative source) revealed that 93 percent of media coverage of President Donald Trump was negative. Though everyone expects Trump will never get a fair shake in the mainstream media, that number -93 percent- was eye-popping even for the most cynical of observers.
With the media constantly hounding Trump for everything from Russia ties to midnight tweets one would think they’ve no place left to sink in their nonstop criticism of everything but the state of his manicured fingernails. If you think that, you’d be wrong.
