Kisha Nuckols, 40, a former teacher’s aide and substitute teacher in Indianapolis has been taken into custody this week after she violated her probation in a major way.
Nickols had just avoided jail time after having an affair with a student. She was on probation for pleading guilty to one count of felony child seduction.
Nickols had been caught last year sharing explicit content and photos with an underage boy, who she also admittedly had sex with.
In November, the Fountaintown woman was sentenced to two years of Community Corrections to be served on home detention, followed by two years of probation. She was also required to register as a sex offender and remain in counseling.
According to court documents filed last week, Nuckols’ latest arrest stems from social media use and a house visit from her probation officer on June 28.
On that day, officials searched Facebook and found a recently updated account for Nuckols that had not been registered with the Sex Offender Registry. As a part of her probation, Nuckols is required to register all of her social media accounts.
She is also not permitted to consume alcohol, but one of her Facebook photos shows her holding a glass that appeared to be a frozen alcoholic beverage, court documents said.
Probation officers made a visit to Nuckols’ home and found 14 bottles of alcohol, a red solo cup with chilled wine next to her bed and a smartphone. Court documents said the smartphone contained sexual images of Nuckols, and had both Snapchat and Facebook Messenger applications installed.
When arrested, Nuckols apparently told police officers that both the alcohol and the smart phone belonged to a friend, as did any social accounts on her computer.
After performing a thorough investigation, authorities determined all accounts belonged to Nuckols and none were registered.
