Oscar Perez Rangel, 40, a Mexican national who was illegally in the US was caught sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl that would visit the daycare his girlfriend ran out of her house. He has been arrested and is likely facing deportation, thanks to Trump’s new set of rules.
Rangel has been charged with three counts felony animate object sexual penetration and two counts of felony aggravated sexual battery for his role in the incidents, which took place over the course of several months.
Details are not yet known as to how he had access to the young girl so many times, or why she was in the day care.
However, Rangel already has a criminal record in the United States. In 2003 he was charged with attempted robbery and possession of a firearm in Virginia for which he was deported. However, two years later he reappeared in Ohio, though under the name Oscar Quezada. He was arrested again in 2011 and once again deported.
The Daily Caller has more:
A review of federal case files shows that Perez Rangel has a felony record. He was charged with attempted robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony following an incident in Fairfax, Va. in June 2003.
He was sentenced to prison in that case and released in July 2009. He was deported back to Mexico that same month, but he reappeared in Ohio two years later, though under the name Oscar Quezada.
He was arrested again in Aug. 2011 and sentenced to two years in prison and later ordered removed from the U.S.
