A married high school drama teacher was caught seducing a 15-year-old male student in a candle-lit scene at Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven, Connecticut. Jennifer Frechette allegedly traumatized the student with a sexual act on a classroom couch several months prior to getting busted.
Two school security guards walked in on the 44-year-old mother and the teen on a makeshift bed located behind a costume rack. The guards decided to investigate because of some noises coming from behind the costume rack.
“Also in the room on the floor were battery operated ‘tea light’ candles, a mat that was made to look like a bed with pillows, a quilt, and a ‘Beats’ headphone case that contained several unused condoms,” according to a police affidavit.
The Daily Caller reports:
Police say they found a bevy of text messages between Frechette and the student concerning sex and oral sex. Frechette also informed the student — via a text message — that she is no longer attracted to her husband, court documents allege.
When investigators interviewed the student in March, he first denied everything. Then, they say, he broke down and claimed that Frechette had traumatized him with an unspecified sexual act in December — on a couch in a school classroom. According to the affidavit, the student also told police that he and Frechette had planned to have sex on the evening the security guards busted them behind the costume rack.
Frechette has been arrested and charged with second-degree sex assault, fourth-degree sex assault and risk of injury to a minor.
