At Finsbury Welfare Mosque in London, a driver ran over at least 10 pedestrians who were gathered on the street in what may be another terror attack. The UK has experienced a rapid rise in terror violence this year with 3 major attacks in the last 10 weeks. And although authorities have not classified this as a terrorist attack yet, witnesses say that the driver mounted the pavement purposely.
If it turns out to be targeted terror, this will be different to the others as in it appears to have been targeted directly at Muslims. So far one man(the driver) has been arrested and several people have been hospitalized. So far there are no recorded deaths.
Very few official statements have been made yet, but details are expected to follow within a few hours.
