Kristen Quintrall is a liberal mom who runs a blog about motherhood. In a recent post, she discusses a trip she made to Disneyland with her young son, which opened her eyes to the truth behind the progressive stance regarding the liberal bathroom debate.
She went to the bathroom with her friends at Disneyland when a ‘very large, burly man in a Lakers Jersey’ walked into the bathroom and just leaned against the wall. People were afraid to say anything because they were shamed into taking a politically correct stance, but there were over 12 women and children in the bathroom. This man then took a walk around said lavatory, lingering at each stall trying to peer between the 1 inch gaps.
From Young Conservatives:
… described how the man knew the women wouldn’t say anything about his presence, because they had been “culturally bullied” into silence. The fear of being non-politically correct was more overwhelming than the very real danger of a man casually eyeing them in an intimate environment, when women literally have their pants down. She wrote that the man eventually started walking past each stall. “You know, the stalls that have 1 inch gaps by all the door hinges so you can most definitely see everyone with their pants around their ankles.” His perversion had been given a license, and every single woman in that restroom felt powerless to challenge him.
“This notion that we’re shamed into silence b/c we might offend someone, has gone too far. There was a man in the bathroom. Not transgender. There was a man who felt entitled to be in the woman restroom, because he knew no one would say anything,” she wrote. “There were 20-25 people by the time I left, who were scared and uncomfortable by his ominous presence. And the only thing stopping us, was our fear of political correctness and that the media has told us we don’t know what gender is anymore,” Lavin astutely stated. […] “I need to know it’s ok to tell a man, who looks like a man, to get the f*&% out. Gender just can’t be a feeling,” she wrote. “There has to be science to it.”
