Republican Senator Marco Rubio has been forced to leave his Tampa office due to concerns over left-wing protesters. The office building was regular target of the activists, who would hold loud demonstrations which disrupted not only Rubio’s office but other tenants in the building. Some tenants had even started to fear for their safety.
According to the Daily Caller:
The owner of the office building reportedly notified Rubio on Feb. 1 that they would not be renewing his lease, due to the protests, which were becoming a “a security concern.”
Rubio declined to hold a public meeting last month due to the risk of disruptive left wing protestors. One of the groups organizing the protests was Indivisible, who have purposely hijacked Republican town hall meetings around the country.
This is another example of the fact that the Democrats (and the Left in general), have given up trying to win the fight at the ballot box. The Democrat party has become a pressure group with an emphasis on protest that hopes to shape policy or bring the whole system down in the attempt.
