According to CNN. “the world shudders as Trump pulls the US out of climate deal.”
Well, maybe CNN’s world, but an awful lot of people in America are happy that we finally have a President who puts Pittsburgh ahead of Paris.
The President contends that the Paris Climate Accord was a bad deal for the U.S. He said he would be willing to reopen negotiations to achieve a better deal. However, Germany and France have already said they are not interested in any renegotiation.
I will be announcing my decision on Paris Accord, Thursday at 3:00 P.M. The White House Rose Garden. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

There is widespread disagreement as to how effective the Paris accord would have been if enacted. The left is convinced the sky is falling, but not all climate scientists are in agreement with the importance and urgency of the situation.
President Obama set the stage for the US to withdraw from the accord due to his refusal to ask the US Senate to ratify the accord as a formal treaty. Instead, Obama used his preferred executive order to include the US in the accord.
While the liberal media cries tears over the President’s decision the GOP and middle America are cheering that we finally have a President who puts “America First.’
