In an incendiary interview on Fox News, Judge Andrew Napolitano – a libertarian advocate for privacy and the rule of law – argues that former President Barack Obama used a British spy agency to conduct surveillance on Donald Trump before and after the November 2016 election.
“Three intelligence sources have informed (Napolitano’s office at Fox) that President Obama went outside the chain of command,” says the Judge before explaining the link to British intelligence and how American agencies were bypassed as a secrecy precaution.

“(Obama) didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI and he didn’t use the Department of Justice,” explains Judge “Nap” in the clip. “He used GCHQ (a well-known UK government intel agency).”
Until now, investigations into Obama’s possible wire-tapping and other illegal surveillance of Trump Tower and the Trump campaign have centered around a FISA warrant granted to the White House in October 2016, as reported in the New York Times.
