Santiago Martinez-Flores, 48, who raped a 9-year-old girl as she slept with her younger sister in their Oregon home is still on the loose with police all over the state looking for him.
When he was arrested authorities found that he had served time in an Oregon prison years ago and then been deported back in 2001. He was able to sneak into the country again while Obama was president and use other alias’ to mask his identity.
According to the Sheriff’s department, Flores’ other alias are usually “Felipe Coeto” and “Isidro Ramos Flores.”
The rape took place on February 26th and the young girl woke up while it was happening and was able to describe her attacker to the police.

The man accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old Oregon girl is a career criminal who was once deported to Mexico, authorities said.
Investigators are still searching for Santiago Martinez-Flores, 48, who they have linked to the crime through physical evidence gathered at the scene.
Martinez-Flores allegedly assaulted the girl while she was asleep in her Clackamas County home on Feb. 26.
The suspect has also been known to use the aliases “Felipe Coeto” and “Isidro Ramos Flores,” according to the Clackamas Sheriff’s Office.
The victim woke up during the assault, and was alert enough to describe the suspect to authorities. A forensic artist produced a sketch of the assailant, helping to identify him.
The girl’s mother told ABC affiliate KATU 2 that a stranger broke through a window in the bedroom the 9-year-old shared with her 5-year-old sister.
The 9-year-old victim managed to escape to her mother’s room, meanwhile the suspect fled through the same window he had used to enter the home.
The family has since moved out of their Clackamas Trails apartment.
