Neighbors of Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi are telling reporters of his strange behavior in the weeks before he slaughtered 22 people.
The 22 year-old British-born terrorist was heard shouting Islamic prayers in the street outside his home in south Manchester.
He was presumably left alone due to fears than any reaction would stoke a “politically correct” wildfire.
But only days later, the same man murdered young concert-goers as they were leaving Manchester Arena.
Police are trying to resolve whether Abedi, who appears to have been radicalized within only the last couple of years, acted alone or if he was operating as part of a wider terrorist cell.
One neighbor claimed that she heard Abedi chanting lines from the Koran in his home before the concert hall atrocity took place.
