Speaking on his “Excellence in Broadcasting” radio show this week, Rush Limbaugh described failed 2016 Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton as insane, a woman driven mad by her own failure and the ascendancy of Donald Trump.
But oddly, he also defended her.
“She is blaming 19 different things and people for her loss, including — are you ready? A thousand Russian agents in Macedonia. Did you hear that one? Agents in Macedonia working to undermine her campaign. She blamed the Democrat National Committee,” he said, adding that Clinton has been driven “crazy.”
But then, like a true child of the 1980s and 90s, Rush showed that he’s not all fire and brimstone when it comes to the Clintons.
“In some of these cases, she is right,” Limbaugh continued, saying that Clinton bit the bullet for her scandal-ridden husband during his terms in office. “(Hillary thinks) her party (then) abandoned her.”
We have to respectfully disagree with Rush on this one. Wild conspiracy theories aside, the DNC did everything in their power to elect Clinton in 2016…even oppressing a rival bid at her “rightful” nomination by Dem candidate Bernie Sanders.
