A customer at a Florida McDonalds was so dissatisfied with his order that he shot the manager in the neck, almost killing him.
Freddy Alexander Hormazabal, of Deltona, 39, became upset after receiving his order and returned to the restaurant to argue with the manager. David Diaz Rosario was found almost dead with a gunshot wound to the neck by police and paramedics.
Hormazabal was told to leave the premises after starting a scene in the McDonalds, and Rosario told him that he would be forced to call police if he did not leave. So Hormazabal pulled out a gun and shot Rosario before fleeing in his car.
The Daily Mail reports:
The pair began to argue and Hormazabal pulled out a gun and shot him in the neck before fleeing in his car.
Detectives quickly identified Hormazabal as the shooter and called him on his cell phone, encouraging him to turn himself in.
He listened to law enforcement’s advice and turned up at the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in Deltona around 12:45 a.m. where he was arrested on charges of attempted murder and taken to the Volusia County Jail.
Meanwhile, Rosario was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center to be treated for his injury and has since been released.
