Brittany Fultz, 26, of Ohio, was arrested after prosecutors found video footage of the nurse forcibly giving her 100-year-old male patient a lap dance.
The disturbing video can be seen here. Fultz is seen on camera, harassing the elderly patient, who actually has dementia. She asks the confused elderly man if he “would like her to show him new things,” and that “I’m a girl, you know what that means.” Then she proceeds to flash the man with her pants down, and grinds on his thigh area.
The video was taken by another workers at the senior care facility, but not reported to authorities until almost two months later. As soon as authorities were informed, they quickly fired Fultz from the center, and are cooperating with police investigations.
The Daily Mail says, “Brittany Fultz is charged with charged with gross sexual imposition – a fourth-degree felony – over the incident that was filmed at The Commons of Providence in Sandusky, Ohio, last December.”
Further reports from The Daily Mail state:
The video, which was shot by another care worker, shows Fultz straddling the man’s leg, KFOR reports.
‘I can show you new things, I can show you new things,’ she is heard saying to the man at one point in the video.
‘I won’t tell if you won’t. I’m a girl… you know what that means.’
She was heard later in the video asking the man: ‘You going to buy me some?’
Sandusky Police Detective Anthony Bath told the Sandusky Register the behavior was ‘basically harassment’.
‘It’s disturbing… She is touching him. This was not something he wanted,’ he said.
‘He did not want this going on.’
The 26-year-old was booked into Eerie County Jail last Friday, and then released on the same day.
She was due to appear in court on Tuesday but the appearance was rescheduled.
