Dennis Rodman has been in the news a lot recently, mainly due to the unlikely friendship between the former NBA star and Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un. After his recent trip to North Korea, Rodman was interviewed on Good Morning America and had the gall to claim that the country had a good side!
Rodman, one of the very few men who actually claims Jong-Un as a true friend, said, “people don’t see … the good side about that country.”
He compared visiting North Korea to countries such as Turkey and claims that Jong-Un is a friendly guy if you take the time to talk to him.
Wow – what a statement to make!
Rodman even claimed they sing karaoke and ride horses together.
Does he even realize what Jong Un is doing to the country?
Conservative Tribune reports:
Former NBA star Dennis Rodman had a few things to say about his latest trip to North Korea, and they will make you spit out you drink, or maybe lose your lunch.
Rodman, who visited the rogue nation earlier this month, spoke about his time there during an interview on “Good Morning America.” He made a lot of questionable statements but perhaps the most ridiculous thing he said was that the nation has a “good side.”
Rodman, who refers to Kim Jong-Un as a friend, said, “people don’t see … the good side about that country.” He compared visiting the country to a visit to Asia, Istanbul or Turkey, adding that people will see some poverty there.
