On Wednesday night’s episode of The Late Show on CBS, Stephen Colbert smirkingly non-apologized for his hateful, homophobic and self-destructive remarks made on Monday night’s broadcast.
Colbert would have “changed a few words to be less crude,” he said, but was not sorry and “would do it again.”
The neo-liberal evangelist, er, TV comedian may have wanted his audience to believe that the remarks were off-the-cuff and not edited, but in actuality Colbert could have edited out the words in his Monday intro which offended so many Americans.
The first late-show guest on Wednesday night was Jim Parsons, a gay sitcom actor.
Parsons said he didn’t think Colbert’s vile, derogatory use of a homosexual act as an insult was disrespectful to gay people.
So the narrative proves 2 things that many Americans have suspected for a long time. First, liberals have double standards and lie to protect themselves and each other. Second, sitcom actors are idiots.
