The latest in a long line of school shootings has culminated in the death of at least 2 people at a San Bernardino Elementary school. The now famous San Bernardino was the site of a multiple shooting, Terror related spree just a short time ago that left the place reeling, and now this.
At North Park Elementary, at least 2 students and one teacher have been shot; and while the incident appears contained, SBPD are being wary about issuing an official statement; they are for the moment treating the shooting as a murder-suicide.
The other students have been evacuated to a nearby high school whilst the 2 students actually involved in the shooting have been taken to a hospital.
Many people are asking themselves why shootings at schools seem to be happening in America but few other places. There are other countries that have laxer gun laws, and the US is not known for its lack of care in mental health issues.
As reported in the Daily Caller:

SBPD Chief Jarrod Burguan tweeted shortly after 2:00 pm, EST the situation is being handled as a murder-suicide.
