Blac Chyna broke her silence over the Rob Kardashian fiasco on ABC news speaking out about what happened last week when Rob Kardashian posted revenge pornography pictures of Chyna, cursing her out and harassing her in a tell-all rant.
Blac Chyna said in the interview that Rob Kardashian had abused her physically in April of this year, and that no one from the Kardashian family had reached out to her at all since the incident.
Revenge pornography is considered a crime in California, and is punishable by up to 6 months of jail time.
The Daily Mail reports:
In an interview with ABC News, Blac Chyna claimed that Kardashian was abusive to her in April of this year and that neither he or any member of his family has reached out to her in the wake of last week’s incident.
She and lawyer Lisa Bloom also revealed that they plan to go after Kardashian with the full extent of the law and are seeking a restraining order as they pursue revenge porn charges against the millionaire reality star.
When asked to respond to claims that she had just used her ex and his family for fame and fortune, a calm and collected Blac Chyna responded: ‘I was already Blac Chyna before the Kardashians.’
The pair began dating in early 2016, with Chyna giving birth to daughter Dream late last year.
They split this past December.
Blac Chyna also said that she’s been getting a large amount of criticism for sending a video of her kissing another man to her ex, and for posting up nude photos of herself online.
Chyna responded by saying that she didn’t commit any crimes, and her photos were hers to share, not the Kardashians.
“I’m not asking victims to change their behavior. I’m asking perpetrators not to commit crimes,” said Blac Chyna. “It is a crime to post pictures like this and if you do it, I hope that the full impact of the law rains done upon you.”
