The University of Colorado has announced that it is creating new resident halls to promote segregation.
Believe it or not, the taxpayer university is building something it calls “Living Learning Communities,” which will segregate students based on various criteria, including race.
One of these communities, which are really college dorms, will be set aside exclusively for “black identified student and their allies.”
The school will also have another segregated dorm for the “Multicultural Perspectives” crowd. And, of course, there will also have to be a segregated dorm for the LGBTQIA students.
In case you’re wondering, “LGBTQIA” stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (or transsexual), queer, intersex and asexual (or ally), according to The Daily Caller.
It seems odd that after all the years of effort by the civil rights movement that a state-funded school is going back to promoting segregation.
