Former President Barack Obama, fresh from his second worldwide apology tour, is back into politics.
Now that he’s established the headquarters for his resistance movement inside his newly walled DC mansion, he’s ready to start fundraising.
The resistance doesn’t pay for itself!
It might be a little difficult for the former President to raise enough cash to sustain the resistance. People are a little tired of him by now.
According to DNC Chair Tom Prez, the former President doesn’t want to cast “a long shadow”, but he will remain as a central figure for a party.
The Democrats still need to settle on a single strategy to combat President Trump.
Here’s a little advertised fact: The Democratic Party has suffered a greater loss of power during Obama’s tenure than under any other two-term president since World War II.
That’s quite a legacy!
What about Hillary Clinton? What’s she going to do to help the Democratic Party advance?
The Federalist Papers Project reports:
As if the Democrats need more of Barack Obama right now…
While former presidents normally leave the White House and quietly live their civilian lives away from the political fracas, Obama has no such plans. The former President has been out of the White House barely six months, but he is already back into the political world in full swing. After establishing his resistance headquarters inside his Washington DC mansion, he is now out and about looking to fuel the resistance with tons and tons of money.
