It was only revealed last week that 122 of the Gitmo prisoners out of the total 196 released had returned to a life of crime. Liberal media quickly jumped on this to protect Former President Obama, immediately pointing out that the majority of these releases were under President Bush.
Regardless of ‘who done it’ this is an important issue because the country is releasing criminals who are capable of mass murder back into the world.
Yet another man released has returned to a life in support of terror. Once again, a man released from detainment at Guantanamo, formerly known as Ibrahim Qosi, is at it again, now acting as an al-Qaeda leader in Yemen. He now goes by Sheikh Khubayb al Sudani.
From Gateway Pundit:
The liberal mainstream media immediately began their attacks on the current president because the 122 number includes terrorists released during the Obama and Bush years. So there is no proof that 122 Gitmo prisoners released by Obama have returned to a life of terror – yet. But the total number of Gitmo prisoners who returned to terror is at least 196 – so far. This week The Office of Foreign Assets control announced that another former Gitmo terrorist has returned to terror. According to Obama’s own Director of National Intelligence, 117 former detainees are confirmed of returning to terror. 79 more detainees are suspected of returning to the fight. That’s a confirmed recidivism rate of 18% and a confirmed-suspected recidivism rate of 30%.
