A teenage woman is the fourth suspect to be arrested in a horrific case in Georgia, where a woman was gang-raped and assaulted in front of her children, in her own home.
Angela Garcia, 18, is accused of being the lookout while Francisco Palencia, 17, and Josue Ramirez, 19, attacked an unnamed woman. The teens had broken into her home and were stealing things, when the woman came home with her children.
18-Year-Old Garcia was the lookout while Palencia and Ramirez poured scalding water on the woman and tasered her, before raping her. The police report said the children were in the room sitting on the bed watching their mother get raped.
The Daily Mail reports:
She also helped to take some of the woman’s belongings out of her apartment, Corporal Deon Washington, a spokesperson for the Gwinnett County Police Department said.
The woman found the teens inside her apartment when she was coming home with her two young sons at 3am on May 12.
Palencia and Ramirez then allegedly threw boiling water on her before tasering and raping her.
Gwinnett County Police say the teens also had a 15-year-old female accomplice who has not been named.
She did not go inside the apartment but police believe she drove the other teenagers to the scene.
A police report obtained by The Atlanta Journal Constitution describes in harrowing detail how the woman returned to the apartment from work with her two young sons.
Once inside, she found Ramirez and Palencia in the kitchen.
She tried to run away from them and protect her children but was scalded by boiling water, police say.
