Here is a picture from the Sacramento Bee that shows police officers pointing weapons at Americans. So what is the context?
The police were on the lookout for a suspected 32 year old gang member. Apparently an ICE enforcement agent was shot during a gun battle. Given the circumstances, you could imagine that the cops had to be worried about their own safety.
They set up checkpoints around Sacramento to find him.
But how far do they take their nerves? Do they take it to the level of pointing guns at everybody? At those that match the description of the suspect?
Certainly an innocent man driving from one part of town to another shouldn’t have a gun pointed at his face. No matter the circumstances!
The police state is running wild and getting worse. It is almost as if they want to see what they can get away with as soon as the economic collapse unfolds and martial law is declared upon the people. Don’t think it can happen? Look at who is president!
Four law-enforcement officers were wounded Friday in a suburb of Sacramento, Calif., during an attempt to take a wanted gang member into custody.
The shooting occurred in Roseville, a suburb about 20 miles northeast of the state capital.
Helicopters circled overhead and armored vehicles and other police cars flocked to the area following an initial report that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent had been shot.
A sporadic gun battle lasted into the night and the commotion snarled traffic for hours. Police responded by setting up a checkpoint and pointing guns at motorists, as this Associated Press photo shows.
