“Too many folks still don’t have a sense that tomorrow will be better than today. And so, the question in this election is which way do we go?”
“Do we go forward towards a new vision of an America in which prosperity is shared?”
“Or do we go backward to the same policies that got us in the mess in the first place? I believe we have to go forward.”
Over the weekend in Chicago, Obama said he has a vision of "America in which prosperity is shared".
The problem is this is not possible. Someone will always be needed to own a company and invest in its growth. Some are needed to be doctors. Others will always be needed to clean the toilets. And everything in between. That is how a capitalist country works.
If prosperity is shared evenly regardless of your job then there will be no incentive to prosper, be innovative, or grow. The economy will stagnate and crumble behind you.
I don’t want Obama’s vision. Can we call him a Commie now?
