Ever wonder why we have no jobs? The bureaucrats come barking down your neck if you make anything in this country and the IRS is taking half of what you earn if you are lucky enough to get past the bureaucrats.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has filed a suit to block the sale of Bucky Balls.
According to the CPSC, these balls are dangerous for children. But according to Buckyballs, these magnetic toy balls are not intended for children and they have 5 warning labels peppered throughout their products to warn adults buying these products.
The CPSC has received fewer than two dozen out of a billion sold. The balls are safe when used for their intended purpose.

So say the parents unknowingly droped one of their potent prescription pills and their child found it and ate it? Should now the particular prescription be banned and all who properly use it for its intended purpose have to do without?
ACCIDENTS happen, I’m not blaming anyone. But, when a product, properly used for its proper intended purpose causes no harm, it should not be banned. This is no different than the arguments and suits against gun manufacturer, aerosol spray products, etc, etc when someone ILLEGALLY uses the products. It’s not the product’s fault!
