Federal law states that you cannot sell soda pop during lunch hour. The school made every effort to comply with the law but they overlooked the fact that soda was available at the bookstore.
Soda can be sold before and after lunch. It is only during the lunch hour that you cannot sell it. Also, sugar loaded Gatorade, Milky Way bars, Snickers bars, and ice cream are legal to be sold.
