David Frum, a CNN contributor and blogger at National Review Online and TheDailyBeast, is touting Bobby Jindal as Mitt Romney’s VP pick.

As symbols go, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is a doozy: a brilliant policy mind with an inspirational life story who has run an effective government in corruption-tainted Louisiana. He can talk data with Romney and credibly sit at the kitchen tables of the struggling middle class. Which leads to this thought: Bobby Jindal for vice president! – Frum
He says that it is a mistake to believe Marco Rubio can deliver Hispanic votes. Instead, he argues, Republicans are better off contending for Asian-American votes.
Jindal would make a great VP. He is running Louisiana according to Conservative principles and I want that style of Governance in the White House. Jindal would work tirelessly to make this country great and would be effective in whatever capacity he is called upon to cut the size of government.
At the end of the day, I don’t want Romney selecting a VP because they are a woman, Hispanic, another kind of minority. He should choose the candidate that would be best able to serve as President if called upon to do so…
