Mark Levin is upset over the prosecutor in the Martin-Zimmerman case. Angela Corey left out details in her affidavit by not mentioning Zimmerman had a gash on the back of his head. There wasn’t even mention of whether or not his nose was broken.
Certainly the state would have the answers to those questions.
Levin: "If you hold back material information … in a legal document that you are presenting to the court… you’ve got some answering to do. When you are a lawyer, civil or criminal, and you file a brief to the court and you leave out crucial cases and you intentionally misstate a case… in a way that’s fairly egregious, that’s considered unethical. And you could face ethics charges for that."
