Barack Obama’s eligibility to be on the ballot in Indiana is being disputed. And a hearing has been scheduled for Friday February 24, 2012.
The challenge to Obama was brought by Karl Swihart. The case Number is 2012-176. The notice was signed by Trent Deckard and J. Bradley King of the Indiana Election commission.
Here are the two arguments
- was not born in Hawaii OR
- he does not qualify as being “natural born” if his father was not himself a citizen
Orly Taitz, wrote on her website: “Obama ordered to appear before the election commission in Indiana or be in default.”
