For 30 years the UN has wanted the US to join the International Criminal Court. Bush nor Clinton ever considered it. But according to Dick Morris, Obama has agreed to enter negotiations.
The international court would supercede all national courts in the world — including the US Supreme Court. The founders would be ashamed for considering this.
Subjecting ourselves to the jurisdiction of the international criminal court hands over US sovereignty to a foreign body. A person could be tried and acquitted here in the United States but then have that decision be appealed in international court.
US leaders could be indicted for crimes of aggression for going to war without UN approval because of this new governing body.
