If you’ve ever wondered about whether the MSM reports are fair and unbiased, look no further…They are! A recent breakdown of positive versus negative slant regarding new President, Donald Trump, has shown that just 3% of news items or coverage relating to Trump were positive.
The breakdown shows that while 54% of items were considered neutral, up to 43% were actively negative. Many are beginning to question if President Trump’s criticisms of the media were correct all along.
To give a wider perspective, the Daily Caller reported that:
The report found 43 percent of stories on NBC and CBS about Trump were negative, while another 54 percent of reports were considered neutral.
The study also examined Fox News’ nightly coverage of Trump, which was still broadly negative but more neutral. Media Tenor deemed 12 percent of Fox’s stories positive and 25 percent negative, with the remaining 63 percent being seen as neutral.
A previous analysis by Media Tenor concluded Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton received better press treatment than Trump, with 49 percent of reports about her being positive after she obtained enough delegates to clinch her party’s nomination.
