Chicks on the Right contributor, Mocarena COTR, is a Republican. She’s not on the Trump train, but she is voting for him in November because she doesn’t want “a lying criminal with a migraine-inducing cackle” running the country and destroying the Supreme Court.
She was very impressed watching the Republican National Convention and seeing Trump’s kids speak about him. She tweeted, “Donald Jr. knocked it out of the park! Say what you will about Donald, but dude can raise kids. All of them are fabulous.”
Little could she have expected the backlash of haters waiting to pounce on her tweet.
Gina Dalfonzo tweeted, “Their mothers raised them. Trump never even changed a diaper, by his own account.”
Marc Keelan-Bishop posted, “He’s their sugar daddy. Why would they say otherwise?”
Chicks on the Right reports:
As most folks who’ve been around here awhile know, I’m not a huge fan of Trump. I endlessly, justifiably criticized him during primary season, and I’m nowhere close to being “on the Trump train.” I’m voting or him, of course, because his opponent is Hillary Clinton, who’s a lying criminal with a migraine-inducing cackle and because I care about the future of the Supreme Court. But I’m not on any kind of train. I see the train, and it looks like a lot of fun sometimes, but I prefer to sort of jog along side it. We’ll get to the same destination in November, we’ll pull the same lever – I just prefer to use my own transportation.
As I’ve criticized him though, I’ve also given credit where it’s due. On Twitter the other night, after Donald Trump Jr. delivered a truly fantastic speech, and after Tiffany Trump also did a really nice job, and after I watched Eric Trump and his lovely wife be interviewed, I tweeted:
Donald Jr. knocked it out of the park! Say what you will about Donald, but dude can raise kids. All of them are fabulous.
