Megyn Kelly was in attendance at the Republican National Convention to report the news. Some folks were critical about how she was dressed. The RNC is a big deal. It’s watched by millions of people and if you’re going to be on camera, you want to look your best.
Kelly, a host on Fox News, wore a spaghetti strap dress with a V-neckline. Some thought a dress like that would be appropriate if she was going out for a night on the town, but not for the Republican National Convention.
Others had no problem with the way she was dressed.
@shumad1 posted, “Props to Megyn Kelly, who is still hosting her show, even though her dress is still at her house.”
@Whiskey_Galore tweeted, “Still hard to take your coverage seriously when@megynkelly looks like she’s working for an escort agency”
@RobSeybart posted, “Who cares what she wears.. People acting like she was nude at the convention.. I think it looks good on her..”
Western Journalism reports:
Fox News host Megyn Kelly has been getting online attention for her coverage of the Republican National Convention on Wednesday night, not because of anything she said, but because of what she wore.
Kelly wore a spaghetti-strap dress with a V-neckline front, which some felt looked more like lingerie than a dress. Others had no issue with or even complimented her fashion choice, finding nothing inappropriate about it.
