Look out! It appears that Hillary Clinton might avoid being charged for her use of a personal email server to conduct State business while she was Obama’s Secretary of State. Judge Jeanine Pirro presented her reasoning on “Fox and Friends.”
Judge Pirro said that if Hillary Clinton is charged and the case goes to trial, her first witness would be President Barack Obama. Obama would have to admit under oath that he knew Clinton was using a personal email server while serving as his Secretary of State. How would he know this? Well, her email messages would be coming from ClintonEmail.com, and you don’t have to be the President of the United States to figure it out! Putting Obama on the stand in a criminal trial raises Constitutional concerns as well. If Obama admits to knowing about the use of a private server, it makes him complicit and shows that he knew about the risk to national security.
Conservative Post reports:
On Fox & Friends, Judge Pirro downplayed the possibility of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton being indicted for her use of a private email server while secretary of state.
She said if Clinton were indicted, President Barack Obama would be a witness in a criminal case, which would create a “constitutional crisis.”
“The reason she will not be indicted is because her first witness as a defendant in a criminal case is the president of the United States,” Pirro said.
