Conspiracy theorists love to take the simplest things and twist and turn them into something more exciting. Occasionally, over the past few years, conspiracy theory websites have been reporting sightings of white armored vehicles with UN painted on the side being transported across the country. Suddenly, it’s an invasion. After all, what else could it be. One website even has a photo of the letters UN partially uncovered as if they were hidden to deceive the American public.
The truth is not so news-worthy. Some vehicles used by UN forces are manufactured or modified in the United States. So, we’ve got these pretty, all-white vehicles with UN painted on the doors, and loaded onto transports heading somewhere – but where? How about to a port for export to countries where the UN has placed orders for the vehicles? Why, as one website indicated, would the letters UN be covered by brown paper to conceal their identity? Maybe because the vehicles had not yet been officially delivered to the UN, but it’s not a conspiracy to conceal its identity – it’s a white armored vehicle, the type used by the UN. In any event, conspiracy theorists and doomsday preppers can rest easy knowing that the United Nations has not started an invasion of the United States – yet.
The Federalist Papers Project reports:
While it would be a conspiracy theorists’ dream, the rolling caravans of flat-bedded up-armored UN vehicles spotted on America’s highways are not a sign of an imminent invasion.
Back in June of last year, a conservative blog called FreedomOutpost.com pointed out some UN medic trucks rolling down the interstate in Northern Louisiana.
Are these UN troops here preparing for economic collapse in America? Is this related to Iran ships approaching the US border? Is this tied to this warning from John Moore via Susan Duclos: Military Vehicles Moved Through US At Night, Hidden In The Day? The Alex Jones video from days ago appears to be warning us of exactly this: “The UN Takeover of America.”
