When Hillary Clinton was making her thank yous at the beginning of her acceptance speech Thursday night at the Democratic National Convention, she turned to Bernie Sanders.
Giving him praise, she said “your cause is our cause.”
But Bernie was clearly having none of it.
“Bernie, your campaign inspired millions of Americans,” she began. “Particularly the young people who threw their hearts and souls into the primary.
“You’ve put economic and social justice issues front and center where they belong. And to all of your supporters here and around the country, I want you to know: I’ve heard you, your cause is our cause. Our country needs your ideas, energy and passion. That is the only way we can turn our progressive platform into real change for America.”
The crowd cheered, but Bernie did not. His expression did not change. His disdain showed in every line of his face.

Around the floor, Bernie supporters wore glow in the dark yellow shirts, to make their presence known.
Clearly, Bernie was not happy about how the DNC treated him and his campaign and how the primaries were stacked against his favor.
