Over-the-top progressive Sally Kohn sent a tweet about AK-15s today after the shootings we saw take place in Germany.
Either she meant AK-47 or AR-16, but she got the two mixed up and it came out as AK-15.
From Independent Journal Review:
When it comes to guns, many Americans don’t know the difference between a clip and a magazine. And some are under the impression that the ‘AR’ in AR-15 stands for assault rifle, not ArmaLite rifle.
Here’s what Sal said:
What about the mothers and fathers who have lost their violence to white guys with AK-15s conducting mass shootings? Why not profile them?

Of course, the reactions were hilarious:
I hear those “AK-15’s” are terribly dangerous.
Please don’t talk about gun control if you don’t understand guns. https://t.co/7v94HCFpst

Just got my new “AK15 – Kohn edition”. Took me 15 minutes and no background check. Came with a free ax. pic.twitter.com/j0h4eEFxHh

Hopefully, Kohn will realize that it takes a good guy with a gun to stop a murderer armed with an AK-15.
Until then, we have to continue to deal with comments like this.
