Hillary Clinton doesn’t like foreign money in politics. In a recent statement, Clinton says, “It’s getting to the point where we have no idea where money is coming from. It’s not being disclosed. It could be foreign government money, it could be criminal cartel money … we’ll never know,” she stated. Donald Trump believes this is a bit hypocritical particularly in light of the fact that millions of dollars have been received by her foundation from foreign governments over the years. He posted a list to Twitter to help shed the light on her monetary situation. Some of the countries that donated, we hasten to add, are not particularly friendly to minorities and the US as a whole.
Saudi Arabia is on the list – they like to execute homosexuals; Qatar – rife with Islamic terrorism; UAE – believes in the oppression of women. But of course she hasn’t turned down that money. If she was true to her word then she would give the money back that she has received by some of these foreign supporters. However, of course, we know that isn’t going to happen any time soon.
Conservative Tribune reports:
In recent weeks, Hillary Clinton has started speaking out against foreign money influencing American politics, and Donald Trump has constantly called her to for being a complete and utter hypocrite.
In a speech given on June 26, Clinton railed against big money in politics, saying that there is no accountability and the American people won’t know who is influencing members of their government.
“It’s getting to the point where we have no idea where money is coming from. It’s not being disclosed. It could be foreign government money, it could be criminal cartel money … we’ll never know,” she stated.
That was a big mistake on her part, because it gave presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump an opportunity to pounce on Clinton and show the world what a hypocrite she is when it comes to foreign money.
