After Omar Mateen opened fire into a crowd at Pulse nightclub, the Obama Administration bent over backwards to blame anyone or anything except radical Islam. Some liberals want to call it a hate crime against homosexuals, thus making radical Islamic terrorism go away. Republicans, however, call it what it is, a terror attack by a radicalized Muslim on America.
Americans are programmed to detest hate crimes. In fact, many Americans think there is nothing worse than a hate crime. Apparently the thought of someone killed simply because of their race, religion or sexual orientation is more heinous than someone being shot during a robbery. Terrorists are aware of this line of thinking in America. Because of this, Al-Qaeda has published a guide to explain how to prevent terror attacks from being confused with hate crimes. In their guide, it says not to target places where minorities congregate because the U. S. government will label it a hate crime. The guide recommends attacks on places where “the white Anglo-Saxon community is generally concentrated.” Jihadists want to be certain that it was a radical Islamic attack and not a hate crime.
The Federalist Papers Project reports:
Americans have been programmed by the liberal media to fear and loathe the “hate crime.”
For hate crimes are a sign that someone’s thought process does not comport with society’s expectations, and we all know that someone killed because of their race is somehow more dead than someone killed in a robbery, right? And that requires a greater punishment.
Terrorists also fear being accused of committing hate crimes as well. They’re telling their operatives to focus on killing white people so they’re not accused of committing a heinous hate crime.
By focusing on white people, they can avoid any suggestion that ethnic or other “hatred” was the cause. They want it to be crystal clear that it was Radical Islamic Terrorism.
