The news has become pretty terrifying.
Often, you find your friends and family sharing videos asking what is going on in the world and you probably feel the same.
But for every horror story out there, there are a few that sheds light on the situation and shows the world is a great place with amazing people.
Jayden Hooker is only 5 years old, but he too is concerned by what is seen on the news.
After hearing about police being hurt during protests in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jayden asked his mother if there was something he could do for his local officers.
Jayden brought doughnuts and a little sign that read “Free Hugs” down to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the officers were touched.
His mother, Deanna, also posted on Facebook that Jayden woke up to the sound of helicopters going over his home amid the protests. He heard more about the protests on his way to school and he was instantly alarmed.
Above all else, Jayden wanted to show his support and it was this gesture that has gained so much attention.
Don’t forget to share this and show everyone that there is a little good out there.
