So, Bill Clinton met with Attorney General Lynch in her private plane parked on the tarmac at Phoenix airport and they talked about grandchildren and golf. Coincidently, just two days later, the Department of Justice files a request for a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between Obama’s former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a public relations firm that none other than Bill Clinton helped to launch.
The email messages, numbering approximately 700 per month over a four year period, could prove Hillary Clinton’s conflict of interest as Secretary of State in dealing with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings. A 27 month delay would mean that the email messages would not be available to the public until October 2018. Concerning the State’s request, Citizens United President David Bossie said, “This is totally unacceptable; the State Department is using taxpayer dollars to protect their candidate Hillary Clinton.”
Conservative Post reports:
Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.
If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President.
During Clinton’s four years as America’s chief foreign diplomat, her aides communicated with officials at the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings where Bill Clinton was formerly both a client and paid consultant, on the average of 700 times each month, according to the Justice Department filing.
